EARTH privacy policy

簡勝烽 ("we") explains how personal data is collected, processed and used by EARTH under Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Purposes
- Contractual or similar legal relationships (code 069): points purchases, draws and refunds.
- Consumer and customer management (090): accounts, support and disputes.
- Online shopping and e-commerce (148): payments and electronic invoices.
- Information security and management (137): preventing payment fraud, abuse and attacks.
- Legal obligations: accounting, taxation and retention of chance-product records.

The payment provider handles credit card details on its checkout page. We do not access or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
Your chosen display name is public in broadcasts and recent draw records. Do not use your real name.
3. Retention, locations, recipients and use
- Retention
- During the account's lifetime. After deletion or termination, transaction/draw records remain for legally required periods: chance-product records for at least 180 days after the activity ends; accounting vouchers and books for 5–10 years under the Business Entity Accounting Act. Support records are deleted within 1 year after resolution; hosting logs normally last no more than 30 days, depending on host settings. Data is deleted or anonymized after retention ends.

- Taiwan and the server locations of the service providers listed below, which may be abroad.
- Recipients
- We, necessary service providers, and authorities legally entitled to access the data.
- Use
- Electronic processing and storage for the purposes above. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Third-party services
- ECPay: credit card payments, reversals and electronic invoices, subject to its privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery, including connection-related technical data.
- Google (YouTube and Gmail): broadcasting and support email. Watching or chatting on YouTube is subject to Google's/YouTube's privacy policies. This site links to YouTube and does not embed its player.
5. Cookies and preferences
We do not use advertising tracking cookies, third-party analytics or behavioral tracking. Your language choice is saved only in this browser's localStorage; no account or payment information is saved with it. Necessary sign-in cookies are used by member services. Other changes to cookie use will be disclosed in this policy.
6. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, inspection, a copy, supplementation/correction, cessation of collection/processing/use, or deletion.
Email hero870802@gmail.com. After verifying identity, we handle requests within 30 days. Legally retained transaction/draw records cannot be deleted before their required period; we explain why. Providing data is optional, but purchases, draws and refunds require account and transaction data.
7. Security
We transmit data using HTTPS, restrict transaction data to necessary personnel, and keep secrets/passwords out of source code. If data is stolen, leaked or altered, we notify you appropriately after establishing the facts.
8. Minors
Users under 18 should read this policy with their legal representative, who may exercise these rights for them.
9. Changes
New versions and dates are published here. Material changes are also emailed to users with purchase records.
